Hello. My name is Sue Gardner and through my company Fit for Life UK I have been helping people like you to look good and feel fantastic about themselves for over 10 years. 

Originally operating from The Laurels, Leysters near Leominster in beautiful Herefordshire, I have recently grown the company, moved it into new premises in the centre of Leominster with a brand new logo, a updated image, more staff and longer opening hours.

Fit for Life UK Ltd offers the following all under one roof!

	The BodySalon has treatments for both men and women in a neutral calm atmosphere, to relax but not intrude.
	Bodyfit is not just about getting fitter with group fitness and personal training. It also includes health, nutrition and body awareness.
	The BodyBoutique can be opened personally for you “appointment only” or when you come to the salon for a treatment. You may browse, enjoy a drink and try our beautiful gifts and Jewellery. All pieces are specially selected with you in mind and are not repeated in the BodyBoutique - e.g. St Ives Jewellery, Rosethal China and Glassware, Jimmy Crystal gifts and Bomb Cosmetics.

How to find us

We are opposite The Oak Hotel! at 8a South Street, Leominster HR6 8JB.

• For 1½ hours you can park at Somerfield, walk through the Talbot car park and turn right down South Street. Our shop is the third down you will see our banners!

• For longer parking Etnam Street Car Park down Etnam Street is 3 hrs long.

• There is all day parking down by the Fire Station - Bridge Street Car Park

All these car parks are free!
