Important Information
During
your visit you may be booking a treatment that is given with a therapist who
is self-employed but works from our premises. Just with our own therapists
we advise that you explain any medical information that may be relevant with
regard to your treatment.
Please check with each therapist at the start of your treatment.
Please book well in advance of your visit to avoid disappointment. All
treatments over £50 will require a 50% deposit payable by Debit or Credit
Card. Fit For Life UK Ltd does not accept cheques.
Failure to cancel any treatments without 24 hrs notice will be subject to a
full charge. Missed appointments will incur a full charge and the client
will be expected to pay for missed appointments before re-booking in the
future.
